Ms. Conrad leads business development, business development planning, client retention, and business management and research in behavioral health. She has 25+ years of results-oriented personnel and systems management experience in the behavioral health care and health insurance industries. She has extensive experience managing health IT projects, products, and implementation of large-scale solutions and systems for states, counties, and federal government clients. She has an in-depth understanding of behavioral health workflows and policy. She has a strong understanding of state and federal data reporting requirements. She understands how to develop health IT solutions to help agencies meet those requirements. As the former Director of State Business Development and other roles at FEI, Ms. Conrad helped 32 states and counties implement FEI’s Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS), which provides an EHR for behavioral health providers and allows them to meet government reporting requirements. Ms. Conrad brings FEI robust experiences gained from her prior work with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield where she managed 27 products in three distinct markets and managed their Medicaid managed care membership and MCO reporting. Ms. Conrad received an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania.
