Procurement Efficiency with Timely Acquisitions

FEI Systems partners with 46 county, state and federal agencies. We are proud of our successful implementation rate for health IT solutions in health and human services. We continue to refine our methods and approach to provide our partners with the most nimble and cost-effective solutions.

Outside of direct partnerships through RFPs, we also participate in several multi-award contracts to improve population and community health and health IT infrastructure nationwide.

CIO-SP3 8(A) & Small Business

Since July 2012, FEI Systems has supported health, administrative, operational, managerial and information management activities for the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Assessment and Acquisition Center (NITAAC) as a prime recipient of the Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) 8(a) & Small Business contract. CIO-SP3 Small Business Contract Holders have gone through a comprehensive review process prior to award, enabling contract officers to use simplified evaluations at the task order level, saving time, money and resources.

FEI Systems is a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) IT vendor, which gives agencies who have been awarded schedule grants, direct access to commercial experts. These experts thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community through a wide range of Labor Categories in Special Item Numbers (SIN) 132-51 (IT Professional Services) and 132-56 (Health IT Professional Services).
This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract is used to provide services to Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) officials and staff. The contract requires quick response capability, with performance according to specifications identified in individual task orders. The contract empowers SAMHSA to improve its technical, management and administrative operations by significantly reducing the time and labor required to obtain critical contract services and products.
FEI has been certified by the State of Maryland as a qualified CATS vendor and is thus able to respond to specific task orders issued by Maryland state agencies. Awarded in 2005, the contract has allowed the state of Maryland to have flexibility in obtaining information technology resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.
On August 23, 2018, FEI Systems was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Award from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to develop standardized quality measures that assess the quality of health care services provided by hospitals and other health care organizations nationwide. Through this contract, FEI Systems helps CMS carry out its obligation to drive improvement in the health care system through the development and use of quality measures and related activities.
