FEI Systems delivers information technology to Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) that helps them meet their state requirements. We offer MCOs a suite of comprehensive care management solutions specifically designed to address high-cost and intense-service populations. These solutions can be tailored to meet the unique needs of individual MCOs.

The Challenge

The most costly and challenging enrollee groups are those with serious medical and physical health issues. This includes individuals who are frail and elderly, people with physical disabilities, individuals with developmental disabilities, and individuals with behavioral health issues.

The Solution

FEI can provide a suite of technical solutions to help MCOs meet their goals and state requirements. Our modular Long Term Services and Supports solution, Carity, provides a platform for streamlined assessments and plans of care across waiver and incentive programs. Our CareVisit EVV Solution monitors and documents the delivery of in-home community-based services. These and other solutions can be customized to address specific MCO requirements.
