As FEI’s Vice President of Strategy, Steven Reynolds guides FEI’s strategic vision, scanning both internal and external forces to ensure that FEI services and solutions align with the evolving needs of FEI’s customers and the constituents they serve. He leads FEI’s Market Review Board and provides oversight and advice regarding FEI’s product strategy and direction. Mr. Reynolds makes recommendations about selecting and using technology platforms and infrastructure, as well as strategic planning for new product development. He monitors and provides guidance regarding current and emerging trends in technological innovations and industry standards. He tracks and provides advice regarding current and emerging trends in the market, legislation, regulation, and competition. His focus is to ensure that FEI maintains a strong understanding of our customer’s needs and anticipates their future technological needs. Mr. Reynolds comes to FEI with deep health and human services-related experiences, including Vice President of Market Management at Conduent Government Healthcare Services, Vice President of Market Management at Xerox Government Health Services, and Assistant Director/Chief Information Officer for the State of New Jersey. He led efforts to develop, implement, and integrate programs, policies, and systems in states and across state agencies within states. Mr. Reynolds has a deep a deep understanding of funding, legislative, and regulatory issues that impact the health and human services industry in the United States.
