Nik Garifalos is the Vice President of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS). He provides corporate oversight of all LTSS activities and projects. He is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of all LTSS projects. Mr. Garifalos has 15 years of technical and software development product and project management experience. He was Director of Product Management at AOL Advertising, responsible for setting the strategic direction of AOL Advertising’s Search Engine Marketing and AdServing products, developing and managing the global product roadmap, and translating the high–level product strategy into specific functional requirements and marketing plans. He served in senior management positions at BearingPoint and Proctor and Gamble. He is expert in directing all aspects of a product lifecycle, from vision to strategy and execution. He has strong skills managing complex enterprise-level software development projects for government and commercial clients. He maintains awareness of opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and industry developments and standards. He is skilled in analyzing customer system and data issues, gathering and documenting customer requirements, conducting GAP analyses, managing development timelines, solution testing and implementation, and customer communications and satisfaction. Mr. Garifalos received a Master of Science in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
