As Vice President of Federal and Commercial Programs, Mr. Anderson oversees the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Contractor Management Information System (CMIS), Production Performance Monitoring System (PULSE), and the MAC/CMS Data eXchange Portal (MDX Portal) projects. He also oversees commercial implementations of FEI’s Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) products. He is responsible for customer satisfaction, staffing, and financial administration as well as strategy, delivery, and sector growth. Mr. Anderson has 25 years of progressively responsible IT program management experience in support of healthcare IT customers. As the Multi-discipline Systems Engineer Lead at MITRE, he supported many of the programs changing the future of healthcare delivery and reimbursement while working with CMS’s Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. As Senior Project Manager working with IBM, Mr. Anderson led programs and teams developing, implementing, testing and supporting small and large systems. These included CMS’s Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) and the CMS Part B claims processing system called the Multi-Carrier System with EDS. Mr. Anderson received a Master of Science in Information System Technology from George Washington University, and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is PMP and SAFe Agilist certified.
