As the Senior Vice President for Business Development, Gwen Williams is responsible for creating a consolidated and comprehensive FEI Business Development Team, unifying a diverse and product-focused approach to sales. Ms. Williams was recently Vice President of Business Development at Molina Medicaid Solutions, where she worked closely with the states to structure solutions for Medicaid enterprise solutions and utilization management practices and strategies. Previously, Ms. Williams served as Commissioner of two of the largest and most complex state agencies in Alabama: the Alabama Medicaid Agency, and the Alabama Department of Human Resources. At FEI, she has assembled a first-class Business Development team consisting of Business Development Executives, Capture Leaders, and Proposal Experts. Ms. Williams has introduced structured and repeatable processes and procedures that enhances FEI’s ability to continue its stable and consistent growth moving forward. Ms. Williams leads FEI’s marketing strategy and outreach efforts with a vision to increase FEI’s footprint in the market. Ms. Williams continues to actively support state Medicaid programs through thought leadership and active involvement in the Private Sector Technical Group and participates in that organization’s white paper committees, addressing current issues faced by the Medicaid market.
