Giovannina DiPietro leads corporate efforts for Federal client relations. As Vice President of Federal Solutions, Ms. DiPietro ensures that FEI’s solutions accurately meet the needs of our federal customers and the clients they serve. She leads federal market strategy and forecasting, drives strategic initiatives to support federal client needs, and develops long-term strategic partnerships to maintain strong customer satisfaction. She provides oversight for the federal business cycle including marketing, capture, partnering, proposals, contracts, and pricing. Ms. DiPietro brings FEI 30 years of experience in federal health IT markets, most recently as Vice President of HHS and Civilian Federal Health Solutions at Optum UnitedHealth Group, Director of Strategic Program Development—Health Technology and Research at Social & Scientific Systems, and Director of Business Development Health Solutions at General Dynamics Information Technology. She has extensive knowledge across the federal Health and Human Services market and IT technology solutions including big data and analytic solutions, population health, life sciences, behavioral health, payment integrity, and more. Ms. DiPietro is passionate about improving the healthcare ecosystem and driving strategic solutions that enable advancements in human health through the application of innovative technologies, data, and analytics. She is an ACT-IAC Fellow and an active leader in support of AFCEA Health IT Day, PSC Vision, and the CIO Survey. She participates in HIMSS and NCMA. Ms. DiPietro has a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
