Dave Castille is the Chief Operating Officer for FEi Systems. He oversees all ongoing FEi business operations and ensures that all projects and solutions have sufficient human and technical resources. Mr. Castille serves as the General Manager of the Health Innovations Group, which includes Long Term Services and Supports, the National Disaster Medical System, and Defense and Veterans Health. Mr. Castille is FEi’s CIO-SP3 Program Manager.
Mr. Castille brings more than 25 years of experience in program and project management and delivering health IT solutions for federal, state, and commercial organizations. He is a member of the Project Management Institute in the Baltimore and Washington, DC Chapters and is a Founding Member of the HRIT Council, comprised of HR and IT executives from 20 large organizations in the Baltimore-Washington, DC area.
Mr. Castille was previously Senior Vice President of FEi System’s Federal Business Unit. He was responsible for the delivery of FEi’s federal contract portfolio, which includes projects for the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Defense, and the United States Department of Agriculture. He was the Program Director for the Substance Abuse and Mental Services Administration (SAMHSA) Web Block Grant Application System (WebBGAS), an online data collection and reporting tool that helps SAMHSA allocate substance abuse and mental health grants. Mr. Castille led several CIO-SP3 Task Orders for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, through which FEi provided testing, help desk, and governance services.
