WITS Voucher Management System (VMS)

SAMHSA has released the third round of the Access to Recovery grant designed to provide vouchers for treatment and recovery services to substance abuse clients. This grant creates increased treatment and infrastructure funding opportunities for grantees of approximately $12 Million over 4 years.

FEi has worked on the 2 predecessors to this grant (ATR 1 & 2) since 2004 and is uniquely positioned to help ATR 3 grantees to quickly implement a voucher management infrastructure in less than 4 months following the award announcement. FEi is an 80-person company in Maryland that focuses on Behavioral Health software and program consulting and currently holds prime contracts with SAMHSA and 19 States and counties throughout the U.S

SAMHSA has specified that new ATR 3 grantees must rollout their program live no more than 4 months after the grant award. This requires that grantees begin with a system that is pre-configured to be a turn-key solution. FEi has 6 years of experience implementing the WITS-VMS for ATR grantees. Our process of guiding State staff through the key decision-making processes and then modifying the software to match those decisions is mature, effective, and most importantly fast
