As a Minority Business (8a), FEi qualifies for federal and private procurement markets that are required to offer business opportunities to 8(a) businesses. The 8(a) Program is a business development program created to help small, disadvantaged businesses compete in the market place.
It's important to note that only 15% of FEI's revenues come from 8a set-aside projects. The majority of our contracts have been earned through openly competitive markets.
